Hello everyone, and welcome to Rest In Peace Face! I generally make clothing, jewelry and altered art with a fantasy or gothic theme. Most of my items have a general air of a gothic fairytale, to suit the average pirate, wizard, vampire, ghost, adventurer or any other eclectic character! I have a number of ready to ship items, as well as things made to order, and I am always open to hear your ideas!
I have been sewing since I was a child and have been using a machine for 10 years. All items are hand made and completely unique, each one will be slightly different which adds to the charm!
Some of the fabrics I use are vintage fabrics, so please check with me before ordering custom items, some things just cannot be repeated!
Ear hooks/posts (on earrings) are gold and silver TONE, please bear this in mind when purchasing especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. HOWEVER, some pieces will be made from vintage/reused parts, and I cannot always be sure of what items were originally made from, I will do my best to describe accurately, but if you aren't sure, then ask. Sometimes applying a thin layer of varnish on the underside can make all the difference. Let me know....

Payment
I can only accept paypal, and that is my strictest rule. I will only be able to ship your item once your paypal payment has cleared, so please ensure you have enough funds to cover. Paypal eCheques can sometimes take 10 days or more to clear.
Shipping
Everything I sell has the option to be sent with proof of posting via First Class (or equivalent method to overseas). Once a package is in the postal system, it is no longer mine, or your, responsibility and if it is lost then action will be taken to reclaim money from the postal service in question. By popular demand I no longer have mandatory tracking on my packages, so if you want your order to be trackable and insured in case of loss or damage, PLEASE ensure you choose this from the drop down menu when making a purchase.
I will ship anywhere as long as the person adheres to the rules above. If your country does not allow certain items to enter the country, that is YOUR responsibility to check. I will NOT lie on customs forms!
If an item is returned to me because your item could not be delivered/ there is an issue with your address or for any other reason, you will have to pay for the postage again. Please ensure the address on your etsy and paypal profiles match and are correct.
All ready made items are usually posted within 3 days of your payment clearing. Custom made to order items may take longer, especially if I have to order in the fabric especially for you. If you would like an item made from a fabric I don't appear to carry, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you would like to buy many of one item (say, 50 necklaces) firstly I would love to know why (and would like credit if you are selling them wholesale i.e. tags that have my company name and etsy link on). Secondly I can try my best to do discounts for wholesale but please do not abuse my good nature. These things cost me money to make in the first place!
If you would like a custom item made, please get in touch.
I am happy to do commissions and requests and accept payment plans to cover costs and spread them out more so they are affordable. An initial deposit covers the cost of the materials used to make the item(s)in question, and then any further payments are for my time, at £10 per hour. Please remind yourself of my returns policy, and note I do NOT accept refunds so if your item doesn't fit based on measurements you gave/you put on weight/got pregnant/lost a limb/aren't going to the convention anymore, then I am sorry but I can't help. All sales are final including commissions.
